How can I book a property?

You can book through our website, Airbnb, booking.com and any other of our third part connections. Simply click 'Book Now' on the property details tabs to book your stay.

When are properties changeover days?

Our change over days depend on the individual property. We do our best to allow check in Monday to Sunday.

What if I cancel my stay?

I If you cancel you may be given a partial refund of the cost of the accommodation. However the booking fee and agent charges remain non- refundable.

What accessibility do you offer?

Please email or call us with any accessibility provisions that you are unsure if the property offers. We will be happy to help.

How do I check in?

We use a key safe to allow flexible check ins to our guests. This means that you do not have to be greeted and can arrive at a time best suited for you. The check in information will be sent to you nearer the time of your stay.
